xdaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the xdaji online betting and casino platform ("Platform" or "xdaji") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By opening an account, browsing, or using any service on xdaji, you fully agree to these Terms.

xdaji provides a safe and reliable online entertainment service for members in Bangladesh. Our platform offers cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, poker, and various other games. These Terms apply to all services.

2.1 Age Requirement

To become a member of xdaji and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. xdaji may request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of confirming age.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering on the platform, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name (as per national identity card or passport)
• An active mobile number
• A valid email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

Registering with false, misleading, or someone else's information is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on xdaji. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.1 Password and Security

Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility. xdaji will never ask for your password by email or chat. xdaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from your account details being accessed by an authorized or unauthorized third party.

3.2 KYC Verification

xdaji reserves the right to verify members' identities as required (the "Know Your Customer" or KYC process). The following documents may be requested for withdrawal requests or large winnings:

• A copy of your National ID card or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)
• Proof of residence

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 180 consecutive days, the account may be marked as inactive. Any balance in an inactive account will be preserved; the account can be reactivated by logging in again.

4.1 Deposit Rules

xdaji currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

For deposits, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

For a withdrawal request to be completed, your account must have a sufficient balance and any active bonus wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals will always be sent to the mobile banking account used for the deposit.

xdaji reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request or request additional verification for security review purposes. Withdrawals may be held or cancelled if irregular activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳125,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

• There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirements — details are stated in the bonus terms.
• Some games may not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
• No direct withdrawals can be made from bonus funds — they can only be used for betting.
• Once wagering is complete, the bonus will automatically convert to withdrawable balance.

5.3 VIP Program

xdaji has a three-tier VIP program for regular members:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can gradually advance to a higher tier based on your activity and consistency of play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are detailed separately on the xdaji platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus benefits (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or creating artificial betting patterns) is strictly prohibited. If xdaji detects such activity, the relevant bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the xdaji platform are operated through third-party game software providers. Each game has its own rules and processes, which should be reviewed before starting a game.

Game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. xdaji is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the staked amount is generally refunded — specific rules may vary by event.
• For live betting, odds may change at any moment.
• xdaji reserves the right to hold payment in the case of suspicious match results.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs during a game (such as loss of internet connection or a server problem), the result of that round may be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. However, if the result has already been determined, that result will stand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xdaji platform:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Using false information, stolen payment methods, or fake identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or by artificial means.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to cause harm to the platform.
• Software Use: Using automation tools, bots, or unauthorized software to gain an advantage in betting or gaming.
• Cyber Attacks: Any form of hacking, phishing, or sending malicious code to xdaji systems.
• Minor Accounts: Opening an account if under 21 years of age, or operating an account on behalf of someone under 21.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, xdaji will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

xdaji may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Registration with false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Violation of applicable laws and regulations
